Yoga and meditation are something that always makes me feel better. And they are seriously vintage. Sadly I haven't been able to do much lately, but I plan on using both to keep me sane once the third one is here.
I love to mediate, too! I've never been high strung, but stress really can do a number on one's nerves and sometimes you really need to just center your thoughts and channel some peace!

I really enjoy yoga. It always helps to soothe my frazzled nerves and helps me sleep. It's also a marvelous help for my back.
